We are Carlisle Youth Zone (CYZ), a charity set up to give young people the opportunity to discover their passion and their purpose. Following the launch of an ambitious new 5-year strategy, we have 3 x new Team Leader vacancies to provide operational leadership, oversight and delivery for our Junior (7 – 11yrs), Senior (12yrs+) and Inclusion provision with and for young people.

Our vision is simple – to provide a safe and fun place where the potential of young people is developed and fulfilled. In achieving this, our work is transforming lives, improving outcomes and making a real difference to young people. These roles will be key members of the CYZ Leadership Team and will offer lots of scope for ideas and development, and offer a fantastic blend of practical delivery combined with leadership and influence.

Salary – £24,589 (FTE)
