Debbie Miller

Currently the People Director for OnSide Youth Zones, with a background in HR for the wider charity sector, as well as in education and local authorities. Debbie is enthusiastic about supporting people to be the best they can at work, and currently oversees the People Strategy at OnSide, including Talent Development, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Organisational  Culture. Debbie has two young children and passionately believes in providing opportunities and pathways for young people.
